It is good that you manage beat the Boomerang Boss, if you play often you will find a good way to beat him without using the police. I wasn't good at beating this boss on the Streets of Rage Remake version, because this boss may be a little tricky sometimes as usually the time he throws his boomerang.

To beat him completely down or perfect him, just watch out his boomerang, see where he throws whenever you challenge him.
