Yes, it is. If you want to patch something, see the Hacking Tools topic I made. I have links for LunarIPS and SegaTool put on there.

Usually new stuff needs time to get convince and accept by us, as in players. But this Electra is a nice tryout further this creator has decided to improve her moves and more other things. So let's look forward and see the process.

PostSubject: Electra Hack: New animations for next update   New Characters EmptyWed Aug 22, 2012 11:22 pm
You know what? For the next update, I decided to change the damage, animations, and hitboxes for the following:

- "Punch" [Done]
- Combo End/Series Attack [Done for Epsilon]
- Offensive Special (I will also fix the cut-off at the end of the whip) [Done]
- Jump Down Attack [Done]
- All Blitz Attacks (I will also change the Level 2 and 3 Blitz Attacks) [Done for Epsilon]
- Grab Forward End Attack [Done]
- Back Attack [Done]
- Grab Forward Attack [Done]
