This version was the first game of the series that I played. I did it in a friend's house when I was eight years old. I didn't have my own Sega, so we used to play it very often. I remembered that we reached the last stage but we run out of lives and continues quickly fighting with all the bosses again and got a Game Over screen trying to beat the fat guys. Several years later, my brother and I got a Sega Genesis in Christmas, and in the next year, a cartridge with 20 games, one of them was Bare Knuckle. I played it with my brother and I was able to look the game with more detail, the characters, music, levels and enemies. It was difficult for us to play without hitting each other at the begining but we managed to organize and advance little by little. Blaze became in my favorite character because although she is the weakest, she is fast and has a good jump; Adam is too slow and Axel's jump is terribly low. The first time we reached Mr. X we didn't understand anything because it was in japanese and we chose the wrong option. The second time my brother suggested choose a different option for each player and we did it. The boss music began but nothing hapened, we didn't realized that we have to fight between us until we do it because we get bored. I won and Mr. X ask me the question again. This time I chose the right option and somehow I beat him but something went wrong... A bad ending!? That was very disappointing... We didn't gave up and play it again. The third time we reached to Mr. X, we chose the right option and won finally. We celebrated jumping and shouting, we were kids after all. There's a video of my gameplay with my favorite character. I know it's the american versiĆ³n, Streets of Rage, but the game is the same, except for the language. Sorry for the grammatical mistakes, although I'm studying to be a teacher of English the mistakes are still there.

Do you know after watching this video, there were Big Difference from your pass experiences compared to this video? Your Blaze is ?? 6 Stars, the most challenging part was at the video ( 02:36 ). How could you predict the guy (Signal) slide at the time.

Thanks for the compliment! I think that the difference is because the experiences I shared have more than 10 years and the video is from last year. I'd been practicing before uploading the video because I was out of shape also. About Signal's slide, I'm not sure if "predicted" is the word but it's something like that. When I finished with the previous thug I realized that Signal was crouching to do his slide so I run away from him. I could do it with Axel I guess, but not with Adam, that's for sure!
